Today was departure day. Nothing too interesting to report. We flew from Kansas City to Newark, then from Newark to Madrid. The flights were fine. Only about 20 minutes delayed, which is practically early in airport land.
Our flight to Madrid was an overnight flight, but I only got about two hours of sleep, despite the sleeping pill I took. Lame.
