No green beer here

Just green pancakes. Happy St. Patrick's Day, everybody.

And guess what? I made these pancakes with instant mix, then dyed them with spinach! I added some banana for sweetness and to mask the spinach taste. Brilliant, right? Milo and Olive could not get enough. Most veggies they've eaten in days.

(If you try this "recipe," blend the spinach and banana in a blender with your wet ingredients before adding to the dry mix.)
